Megan is a board-certified licensed professional counselor who works with children, adolescents and adults. Her goal for clients is that they leave appointments feeling validated, equipped with practical coping skills, and hopeful about their future.
Megan uses a strengths-based and integrative approach with a combination of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and exposure and response prevention. Her specialties include anxiety disorders, OCD, grief and loss, ADHD/ADD, and Asperger’s syndrome.
Megan has been working in mental health since 2016. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Columbia International University and has since worked in a variety of settings including crisis services, case management, private practice, and outpatient. Her greatest passion is working with individuals to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals.
