Megan is a board-certified licensed professional counselor who works with children, adolescents and adults age 10-60. Her goal for clients is that they leave appointments feeling validated, equipped with practical coping skills, and hopeful about their future.
Megan uses a strengths-based and integrative approach with a combination of techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and exposure and response prevention. Her specialties include anxiety disorders, OCD, grief and loss, ADHD/ADD, and Asperger’s syndrome.
Megan has been working in mental health since 2016. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Columbia International University and has since worked in a variety of settings including crisis services, case management, private practice, and outpatient. Her greatest passion is working with individuals to help them overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals.
