Max Taylor, PsyD, Doctoral Limited Licensed Psychologist
Max originally grew up in Flint, Michigan and earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, received his Masters of Arts in School Psychology at Argosy University, Sarasota, and attended the Florida School of Professional Psychology in Tampa, Florida, where he received his Masters of Arts and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology.
Max has experience working with and providing therapy to children, adolescents, traditional/non-traditional college students and adults in wide variety of settings including school systems, foster care facilities, home-based, college campuses and in community based organizations.
His areas of interests and experience are interpersonal process psychotherapy, identity development, low self-esteem, learning disabilities, psychological assessment, gender and diversity, LGBTQ issues, depression/anxiety concerns, men’s issues, family and relationship concerns, couples therapy, oppositional/disruptive behaviors, stress management, and college transitions/adjustment.
Max enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing sports and exploring local eateries.
