“My passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) stems from my deep belief in the power of community and the importance of creating lasting memories with loved ones. I view ABA as a way to help individuals find meaningful connections and actively participate in the world around them.”
For Mackenzie, ABA is not just about addressing behaviors—it’s about empowering clients to build skills that enable them to fully engage in their communities and live more fulfilling lives. She believes that family involvement and support are key components of success, and she works closely with families to create positive, lasting change.
In her work with clients, Mackenzie brings a personalized, compassionate approach, whether she’s helping young children with autism or supporting teenagers and young adults with developmental disabilities. She emphasizes community participation and helps families set realistic, achievable goals that foster growth, independence and confidence. Every client’s needs are unique, and Mackenzie tailors her interventions to meet them where they are, ensuring progress is made in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Mackenzie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and joined the team in August 2024. She holds a Master’s in Special Education with a focus in ABA from Arizona State University. Over the past four years, she has gained extensive experience working in schools, clinics and in-home ABA services with individuals ranging from ages 2 to 20.
