“I like to take an active role in helping clients find meaningful solutions to life’s challenges. After taking time to fully understand and empathize with the problems my clients present, we roll up our sleeves and start working. I do ask that clients work on their problems both inside and outside of therapy, and I try to help set clear goals during each session. We continually assess what is working and what needs adjustment until clients feel they have resolved or are managing life challenges more effectively. The goal is to meet clients where they are at and help them build a life that is more satisfying.”
