“As I walk alongside individuals and families facing life’s challenges, I am often inspired by the creativity and resilience they embody. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and understanding, and I strive to meet each person where they are. I am dedicated to bringing warmth, care and acceptance to every session as we work together to tap into the unique strengths each client possesses.”
“I believe in being a neutral party to actively listen without judgment. I strive to live this out by being flexible and adaptive in the therapeutic space with clients and providing either a structured and focused approach or an open space for the needs of that moment. I understand the need for trust to have success in navigating life together.”
