“Whether clients are addressing and understanding current challenges, processing and exploring past experiences, or strengthening tools and skills to support a healthy life and achieve lasting growth, I believe a “meeting you where you are” approach works best in therapy. I find it a true privilege to walk alongside people in their current challenges and past experiences as we work to find meaning and purpose in life.”
