“I am grateful to be engaged in such meaningful work. Helping guide clients toward realizing their personal and professional goals brings me great joy and satisfaction! Whether it is introducing and reinforcing new strategies and ways of coping, holding my clients emotionally during stressful times in their lives, or skill building, I am honored to join others in their journey toward wholeness. Being a part of my clients’ bigger story–a thread in their tapestry, so to speak–is sacred. I aim to provide a safe, welcoming space as you and I work together to foster healing and vitality in our lives and in our world.
“During our sessions together, clients can expect to be received in a warm, non-judgmental manner. Our work is flexible, adaptive and collaborative in nature. Clients can expect to work hard but also have fun! I believe that humor is important to any healing process and that in order to move forward, we must sometimes look back. My clients can expect to explore current modes of functionality as well as past experiences which may have informed their current way of thinking, feeling, behaving, relating, and “showing up” in the world.”
