“Growing up with a mother who was a psychiatric nurse, I saw firsthand how compassionate mental health care can transform lives. That early experience shaped my belief that every person has the inner strength to overcome challenges and create a more fulfilling life. I am committed to providing the support and guidance needed to help individuals tap into their resilience and move toward healing.”

Kim creates a safe, empathetic environment where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to grow. She takes a client-centered approach that honors each person’s unique experiences, strengths and goals. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and supportive, adapting to the specific needs of each client.

Kim is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused treatment. She integrates these evidence-based techniques to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience and achieve meaningful growth.
