Kelsey Wright, LMSW
Kelsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in social work from Adrian College and her Master’s Degree in social work from Michigan State University.
Before coming to Pine Rest, Kelsey worked extensively within the community mental health system, specifically with children and families in the school and home environment. Kelsey specializes in working with children and adolescents with behavioral problems as well as with their families. Kelsey believes that working with the entire family system is beneficial in creating lasting change. In addition, Kelsey also specializes in treating symptoms of trauma utilizing Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kelsey has worked with survivors of physical, sexual and emotional abuse.
Other areas of interest include family relationships, anxiety, depression, anger issues and grief. Kelsey uses a solution focused and strength based approach when working with all clients.
