Katie utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), client-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Katie is a Limited Licensed Psychologist who has been practicing since 2015. She obtained her bachelor’s in psychology from Michigan State University and her master’s in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University. Prior to joining Pine Rest as an outpatient therapist, Katie gained significant experience in the mental health field through working as a case manager and crisis interventionist.
