“My motivation as a clinical mental health therapist is rooted in witnessing individuals discover and grow into their authentic selves. I am passionate about fostering acceptance of all parts of oneself and helping clients create healthy boundaries. Offering hope and healing, normalizing the human experience, and restoring connections to oneself, others, and the world are central to my practice. I am dedicated to guiding clients through processing and releasing trauma wounds and enhancing the mind-body connection, promoting holistic mental health and well-being.”
Clients can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where they feel safe to explore all parts of themselves. Katie works diligently to ensure clients feel supported and validated in their experiences.
