“My interest in human behavior emerged in high school after reading Freud and Jung. I formalized my growing passion to positively impact the lives of others with formal education, integrated with human experiences.
“In therapy sessions, I embrace a collaborative approach, working along with my clients to help them achieve their goals. Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where they can feel safe to express their emotions and thoughts. I value interactive therapeutic relationships, combined with client insights and reflections on evolving needs as the process unfolds. I place value in a strength based approach.”
