Karen’s therapeutic approach is integrative and includes evidenced-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy ( CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
