“I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space to be heard, supported and challenged in meaningful ways. I find it deeply rewarding to help clients work through the hard stuff and move toward greater clarity and peace. Clients can expect a thoughtful and grounded environment where they feel both supported and encouraged to grow. I approach therapy with curiosity and collaboration, tailoring sessions to meet the needs and pace of each individual.”
Justynn uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, and is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). He integrates these approaches to help clients process past experiences, build insight and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
Sessions often involve a mix of reflection, skill-building and processing current or past experiences. Justynn encourages open feedback and is committed to adjusting the process to support meaningful and lasting change.
