My goal as a therapist is to help my clients find creative solutions to addiction and mental health issues, and work toward a brighter future.”

Jessica has a passion for helping individuals who struggle with addiction and is an active member of the recovery community in her personal life. She believes everyone is capable of recovery from trauma and addiction, and she is committed to helping clients live fulfilling lives in recovery. Jessica also has experience working with neurodivergent adults as well as those who struggle with anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Jessica uses a collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on leveraging individual strengths to create personalized treatment goals. Clients can expect an adaptive and judgement-free environment where they are free to use creativity and humor.

Jessica is a fully licensed therapist and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) who treats both substance addictions and behavioral addictions such as gambling, shopping, etc. She utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy, which includes CBT, ACT and EMDR. She earned both her undergraduate and Master’s Degree from Northern Arizona University.
