“I believe that healing begins when we are truly seen, heard and accepted–especially in the moments we feel most lost. This belief guides every part of my work as a therapist. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to empathy, curiosity, unconditional positive regard, and the creation of authentic, human-to-human connections. Since 2010, I have had the profound honor of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s most painful and complex seasons. It is a sacred privilege to witness others in their confusion, despair, grief, and transformation. I don’t take lightly the courage it takes to invite another into these vulnerable spaces. Therapy, for me, is not about fixing, but about accompanying—offering presence, perspective and possibility. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and affirming. As a proud Neuro divergent and 2SLGBTQIA+ ally, I honor the full spectrum of human identity and experience and work intentionally to dismantle shame, celebrate difference, and supports each person’s right to self-definition, dignity and belonging.”

Jenn’s therapeutic approach is creative, integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-focused therapies (TF-CBT, CPT, DBT-PE). She also incorporates cultivation of expressive tools such as play, movement, music, art, writing and reading to support healing when verbal processing alone isn’t enough. Jenn also aligns with the principles of Polyvagal Theory, recognizing the foundational role of the nervous system in how we experience safety, connection and regulation. Through this lens, she supports clients in developing greater awareness of their physiological states and in cultivating practices that promote seen worth and resilience, self-acceptance and accountability, emotional capacity, self-compassion, communication and action.

Whether you are in the midst of loss, life transition, identity exploration, or emotional overwhelm, Jenn will collaborate with you to reconnect with your inner strength, embodied safety and authentic voice. In a world that often pressures us to hide or perform, Jenn is passionate about fostering a space where people feel free to show up fully—without shame, without masks, and without apology.

Jenn is a therapist at the Pine Rest Caledonia Clinic. Her professional credentials include LMSW, BCBA, CAADC. As a consummate learner, Jenn has gained several certifications along her journey to continue to support her ideological beliefs, intellectual interests and values.
