“I’ve always felt honored to be trusted with a person’s life stories, where they’ve been and where they want to go. I have a passion for working with individuals experiencing difficult situations and mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression and trauma. I believe everyone deserves a chance to receive treatment, improve themselves and work toward new goals and passions no matter their circumstances. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience and gain confidence in their ability to create meaningful change in their lives. I want to empower others and remind them of the quote, ‘Go forth, but don’t go alone'”
