“I am committed to helping individuals build healthier coping skills, increase self-awareness, and navigate life successfully utilizing skills learned in therapy. I believe therapy is a powerful tool for fostering growth, healing and empowerment.
“I take an integrative approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions, with a focus on helping clients set achievable goals, lay out a plan and develop skills to reach those goals. I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the client.”
