“I have always been driven by a deep desire to help others, and therapy became the perfect way for me to connect with people during some of their most vulnerable moments. I find great fulfillment in providing a space where individuals can explore difficult questions about life and themselves, especially when navigating change or facing challenges.”
Jen specializes in supporting individuals through life transitions, helping them manage the complexities of change and find their way to a new, healthier perspective. She values walking alongside people during these times, providing a supportive and compassionate environment for clients to process emotions and gain clarity.
Using a combination of strength-based, solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Activation, Jen works with adults from diverse backgrounds to address a wide range of mental health, emotional and life issues. She has experience working with populations including the LGBTQ+ community, military veterans and their families, as well as individuals managing chronic illness.
Jen has worked as a Clinical Therapist at Pine Rest Zeeland Clinic since 2023. She earned a Master’s in Social Work from the University of New England in 2015, and has gained experience across various settings, always with the goal of helping people lead the life they desire.
