“Life has a way of throwing things at us—sometimes it’s the everyday weight we all carry, and other times it’s something deeper, something that leaves a mark we can’t quite name. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, identity or trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity and hope. With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I still consider myself a student—constantly learning, growing and refining how I support the people I work with. My approach is never one-size-fits-all. I listen closely to your story, your goals and your pain points, and together we’ll co-create a path forward that feels meaningful and effective for you.”
