“I chose psychiatry because I am deeply passionate about the transformative impact that mental health care can have on a person’s entire life. Seeing firsthand how improving mental illness allows patients to regain stability, confidence and joy is incredibly rewarding. My favorite part of my work is the personal interactions I have with my patients—building trust, offering support and guiding them toward healing. It is an honor to be part of their journey, helping them navigate challenges and achieve a greater sense of well-being.”
