Dr. Morgan graduated from Pacific Northwest University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016; completed his General Psychiatry residency at Michigan State University-Pine Rest in 2020; and his Forensic Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Michigan in 2021. He is board-certified in both general and forensic psychiatry.
Dr. Morgan primarily practices general outpatient psychiatry (primarily ages 18-64) but also spends a substantial amount of time practicing forensic psychiatry, performing a variety of evaluations, including violence risk, return to work/school, competency to write wills, pilot evaluations, competency to stand trial, and criminal responsibility. He also treats patients in the Pine Rest ECT Clinic and supervises residents training at Pine Rest. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor for MSU’s College of Human Medicine.
