“Helping people and solving problems are at the heart of why I became a therapist. I’m not just here to listen, I’m here to help you take action. I view therapy as solving a puzzle: sometimes we’re flipping over pieces, other times we’re figuring out what’s missing altogether. That might mean processing the past, making sense of the present, or building new skills for the future. My role is to help you feel less overwhelmed and more equipped. Even if your puzzle is scattered or the box is held together with tape, we’ll work with what’s there and start making progress together.”
Jade believes therapy should feel safe, supportive and real. You can expect a mix of warmth, humor and collaborative problem solving as you explore where you’ve been—and more importantly—where you want to go. Her approach is rooted in validation but always paired with forward momentum.
Jade takes an integrative, person-centered approach, blending cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies and relational lens. She specializes in working with women, teens and families navigating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. Jade tailors each session to the individual, helping clients uncover strengths and develop practical tools for change.
