Hannah strives to create a safe, relaxed atmosphere where you can set down your burdens and be met with kindness, grace and a non-judgmental attitude. Hannah’s goal is to foster an environment where clients feel truly listened to and heard, making their journey toward well-being as comfortable and supportive as possible.
Hannah blends several theoretical approaches to tailor her services to each client’s unique goals, whether they seek internal, relational or spiritual growth. She most utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy in supporting clients along their journey of self-discovery and growth.
Hannah is a licensed professional counselor at Pine Rest, working with ages 15-65. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and family studies through Cornerstone University and later attended Cornerstone Seminary for her master’s in counseling. She is also a certified alcohol and drug counselor (CAADC).
