Hannah is a licensed professional counselor who received her degrees from Michigan State University. She has experience working with adolescents and adults and treating eating disorders, depression, and anxiety. Hannah has extensive training in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), which she utilizes with both couples and individuals. This approach combines the sciences of adult attachment and relationship bonds to gain a better understanding of the individual and their significant relationships. She approaches therapy from a psychodynamic approach, recognizing the importance of exploring underlying emotions and looking at past and current relationship wounds from an attachment perspective.
While providing therapy, Hannah believes in the importance of meeting each client where they are and working jointly to meet the individual’s needs. In addition to helping individuals reach and maintain healing and recovery, Hannah is passionate about helping each person accomplish their own personal goals to live a happy and healthy life.
Hannah’s family consists of her husband and three cats. She lives a very active lifestyle and enjoys running, hiking, horseback riding, cycling, and spending time outdoors.
