“I became a therapist because I believe in the power of connection, healing and advocacy—especially for those who have experienced trauma, marginalization or disconnection. I find meaning in walking alongside clients as they uncover their strengths, learn new ways to cope and rediscover hope in their lives. Clients can expect a warm, collaborative and affirming environment where they feel seen and supported. I value meeting clients where they are and creating a therapeutic space that is both nonjudgmental and empowering. My goal is to help clients feel safe enough to explore their stories, challenges and goals at a pace that feels right for them.”
Hannah utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral-Informed skills to support clients in identifying patterns, building insight and developing effective coping skills. She draws on a client-centered approach while providing practical feedback to help clients effectively address their mental health needs and navigate life stressors in a way that is realistic and tailored to the unique needs of each individual, integrating trauma-informed strategies throughout her work. Clients working with Hannah often build self-awareness and learn tools for managing symptoms of depression, anxiety and trauma. She also helps clients explore identity, process difficult life experiences and develop skills to navigate everyday challenges with greater resilience and clarity.
