Hannah graduated from Western Michigan University with her Bachelor of Social Work and minor in Addiction Studies. She completed her undergraduate internship at the YWCA in Kalamazoo, where she worked with women and children who were victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. Hannah then attended Fordham University where she graduated with her Master of Social Work. She completed her graduate internship at Let’s Talk About It in Kalamazoo, which is a residential program for teen girls in foster care who struggle with learning disabilities, mental health, behavioral and substance use concerns.
Prior to coming to Pine Rest, Hannah was a foster care worker at Samaritas and primarily worked with teens and young adults who often did not have an adult figure in their life. Hannah has extensive experience working with children with Autism, and previously provided ABA Therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism and/or ADHD through Total Spectrum. She also specializes in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Child Behavioral Concerns, and Coping Skills.
Hannah values a client-centered approach and meeting the client where they’re at. Hannah utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing in her therapeutic approach.
