“I believe that healing begins with connection. Whether someone is navigating trauma, family conflict or growing pains, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, seen and empowered to move toward change. I am honored to walk alongside children, teens and families as they navigate life’s most difficult and meaningful moments.”
Hallie offers a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, rooted in empowerment and trust. She strives to meet each client where they are, providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for growth. She works with children, adolescents and families, and brings particular expertise in supporting survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual violence and human trafficking, as well as expectant and postpartum mothers navigating this transformative life stage.
Hallie incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual, drawing from play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI). Her approach is trauma-informed and developmentally attuned, with a focus on emotional safety and strengths-based support.
Hallie’s clients can expect a safe and compassionate environment where they are encouraged to explore, process and develop skills for healing. She places emphasis on building self-esteem, improving communication and strengthening emotional regulation.
