“I believe in the power of therapy to support individuals in building lives of greater meaning, freedom and connection. My goal is to help clients show up more fully in their relationships—with themselves and others—and to foster personal wholeness through a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I find it deeply meaningful to walk alongside people through their healing, especially during times of grief, transition or emotional pain.”
Grace provides a warm, creative, and experiential approach to therapy. Clients can expect a safe space to explore their experiences while engaging in a process that is holistic, relational and action-oriented. She enjoys working with adults across the lifespan, with a special focus on supporting older adults as they navigate grief, identity, and life transitions.
Grace’s therapeutic work draws from Gestalt Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and Alan Wolfelt’s Companioning Model of Grief Care. She tailors her interventions to the individual or couple, supporting them in processing emotions, deepening self-awareness, and moving toward meaningful goals. Clients who work with Grace may be navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship difficulties. Her sessions often include moments of reflection, experiential exploration, and practical steps toward healing and growth.
Grace Wojdak is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville and her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She currently sees adults ages 18 – 100 at the Pine Rest Portage Clinic.
