Fallon Lee is a Limited Licensed Social Worker at the Pine Rest Transition Clinic where she works with all ages.
Fallon earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Western Michigan University. She has worked in social services for nearly 12 years, starting in direct care and transitioning into case management. She has years of experience in counseling, home-based services, facilitating support groups, and program management. She works with culturally diverse populations providing therapy and support to adolescents, adults and families.
Fallon’s areas of interest include working with adolescents and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and/or abuse history, couples, family and child issues. She has offered cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Fallon is inspired by her family and friends, and when she is not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, trying new foods, and writing. Fallon stays busy by sitting on a nonprofit’s board of directors and doing community service throughout Southwest Michigan. Fallon makes the most of her opportunities to expand her skills and expertise.
