Erica is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with ages 5-35. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and theology from Trinity Christian College and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Trauma from Wheaton College.
Erica values a therapeutic relationship built on compassion and authenticity. She has worked individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, behavior difficulties, and complex trauma using a person-centered and strengths-based approach. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness techniques to create a safe space and help clients reach their goals.
