“Everyone should have the opportunity to feel heard, seen and safe, and this is something I strive to create within every therapy session. This type of environment is essential for my clients to express, share and have confidence the goals they want to achieve. My goal is to meet clients where they are, provide different perspectives when needed, and build on their abilities to manage life’s challenges independently.
“My clients can expect a calm, non-judgement space free from the expectations or pressure they may feel in their day-to-day lives. I enjoy working with clients collaboratively on their goals and find this to be a key element of successful therapy.”
