Hi, so you’ve found yourself scrolling through profiles looking for a therapist who will be “the best fit” for you! The past few years have been difficult for many people. Are you finding yourself feeling a lack of joy, burn out from constant stress, having a lack of lack of fulfilling relationships and just feeling stuck reliving the same patterns over and over? I’m so thankful you’re interested in exploring therapy.

Personally, I know how hard it can be to find someone you “connect” with and feel safe with to discuss life concerns. Growing up in a Caribbean and Creole household I’ve encountered firsthand thoughts regarding views on mental health treatment and struggles of trying to fit in to either culture. As an African American female therapist in today’s society, I use my knowledge of being a cultural informed therapist as a tool for connection so you can feel safe in sessions.

My job as a Licensed Clinical Therapist is to hold space for you to release those things burdening you and to help you create solutions that are effective towards meeting your goals. You are the expert of your life and I’m honored to help you along your path to wellness. If you would like to connect through tele-health services that you can complete sessions from the comfort of your home, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
