Derek is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and is experienced in inpatient and outpatient settings. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Health Science, and a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric and Mental Health from Grand Valley State University.
Derek is a native of West Michigan and has served the community in a variety of roles, including as a Program Director for Hope Network Behavioral Health, and as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for Hackley Behavioral Health and Muskegon County Community Mental Health. Derek will see adult patients, age 18 and up.
