I would like to offer a safe space as you attempt to navigate these challenging times. Many of us are stressed, grieving, feeling lonely or are just finding it difficult to make sense of the world. Having a trusted professional to talk to and who can relate to you can be very helpful.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and an African American male, I am positioned uniquely combine both lived experiences and professional training to meet you right where you are. My role as therapist will be to work with you and develop ways to help you feel more empowered and able to live a life of meaning and purpose. My specialties include depression, anxiety, grief, and childhood behavioral problems.
