“My journey to becoming a therapist was a long road with many twists and turns, but I know this is what I am meant to be doing. I find joy in helping others heal, grow and navigate life’s challenges by creating a safe space where they feel seen and heard. I use empathy and insight to guide and support others in finding clarity, resilience and self-acceptance.
Danielle’s clients can expect a safe, calm space to work together exploring their thoughts, feelings and goals. Danielle works with individuals, couples and families, supporting their growth and well-being at their own pace, empowering them to find healing and resilience.
Danielle draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help build psychological flexibility, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFCT) to strengthen emotional bonds and deepen connection. Danielle also incorporates Gottman’s Couple’s Therapy for relational healing and Supportive Psychotherapy to provide a compassionate, grounding presence.
Danielle is a Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Hope College, a master’s degree in public administration from Grand Valley State University and a master’s degree in clinical social work from Boise State University.
