“I’m passionate about helping people feel supported and understood during life’s difficult seasons. Therapy offers a space for healing, growth and clarity—and I’m grateful to walk alongside my clients in that process. My clients can expect a calm, empathetic and down-to-earth environment. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients feel empowered and involved in their care. I strive to offer a space where people feel safe to talk about whatever they’re facing, with no pressure or judgment.”
Chantelle uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and experiential therapy in her work. These approaches help clients both explore their thoughts and emotions and practice new ways of coping and connecting. She often integrates practical skills that clients can use in daily life.
Sessions with Chantelle may focus on increasing self-awareness, identifying thought patterns and building emotional resilience. Her clients are invited to take an active role in their growth, with a focus on setting achievable goals and tracking progress over time.
Chantelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Kalamazoo Clinic and has been with Pine Rest since 2021.
