“Helping people gain insights into self and grow in multiple areas of life has been immensely gratifying over the years. My goal is to create an environment that feels accepting and safe for a person to explore this challenge. I view the process as examining past, present and future – what in a person’s past shaped them, what is working well or not working well in the present, and what does a person desire to change for their future.”
