Brittney Rose is a Limited Licensed Social Worker. She earned her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University and her Master’s degree from Western Michigan University. She also holds certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Brittney has experience working with a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents and adults. She has worked extensively with clients facing complex trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and significant life adjustments.
Brittney prides herself on offering a down-to-earth and empathetic approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of building strong relationships through trust and authenticity. She uses an eclectic therapeutic approach to meet each client’s needs. She strives to help clients feel comfortable exploring their mental health through a curious and compassionate style of relating—one that is free of judgment. By meeting clients where they are, Brittney collaborates with clients to identify effective strategies for improving mental health and fostering personal growth.
