“Helping people navigate their struggles and make lasting change is what drives me, and therapy is the space where I can support this journey. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and my role is to meet you where you are, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. Whether you are working through past trauma, dealing with anxiety or depression, or adjusting to life’s challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you as we piece together strategies for healing and personal growth. I want therapy to feel like a partnership, one where we collaborate to identify your strengths and discover the most effective ways to move forward. You do not have to have it all figured out, and I’m here to help you make sense of it all.”

Brittney Rose believes in creating a space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and supported. She approaches therapy with empathy, authenticity and a focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. You can expect to explore your experiences in a way that is free of judgment, and you will work together to develop practical strategies for improving your mental health and overall well-being.

Brittney uses an integrative approach, blending techniques like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods to meet the unique needs of each client. She is passionate about helping clients set realistic, achievable goals and work toward them in a way that feels empowering. Her approach is tailored to each individual, ensuring that therapy feels relevant, personal, and supportive.

Brittney is a Limited Licensed Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University and her master’s degree from Western Michigan University. Brittney also holds certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and she has worked extensively with individuals facing complex trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and significant life adjustments.
