“I became a therapist because I have seen how life’s most difficult moments can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves. I know from personal experience that healing and growth are possible, and I’m very passionate about helping others find a path forward that is effective for them. What drives my work is the opportunity to support people as they tap into their own resilience, uncover their strengths and create lasting, positive changes.

“In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment. I take a personalized approach, working with you to understand your unique challenges and goals. I intentionally create a flexible environment that adapts to your needs, whether that involves setting clear goals, providing structure or offering space for more open exploration.”

Brittany uses a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet your needs. These include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused strategies, and Mindfulness techniques. You will develop practical strategies to manage stress and anxiety, improve your relationships, and increase self-compassion.

Brittany is a Limited Licensed Psychologist at the Pine Rest Telehealth Clinic. She received her Master’s degree from the Michigan School of Psychology.
