Dr. McNeilly is a compassionate and pragmatic psychiatrist who provides integrative, evidence-based care in the outpatient setting. His approach combines medical expertise with supportive therapeutic strategies, tailored to the unique needs of each patient. He is known for creating a collaborative and understanding environment that empowers patients to make meaningful changes in their lives. Dr. McNeilly values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients, and he finds fulfillment in supporting their growth and resilience over time.
Dr. McNeilly earned a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science before completing his Doctor of Medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine. He went on to complete both his psychiatry residency training and a Forensic Psychiatry fellowship at Pine Rest.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. McNeilly is committed to education and values opportunities to share knowledge and foster learning among colleagues, students and the broader community.
