Aprille Arena is Limited License Master Social Worker at Pine Rest Telehealth Clinic. After obtaining her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Endicott College in 2014, Aprille went on to earn a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2017. Her areas of practice include, but are not limited to, depression, anger, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, mood disorders, and chronic mental illness. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults of all ages.
In addition to therapy, Aprille’s background includes providing social work services to incarcerated individuals and supervising an assertive treatment program within the public mental health system. She enjoys helping her clients connect with resources within the community that will aid them in meeting their goals. Aprille also teaches at the undergraduate level and is inspired by the intersection of education and human services.
Aprille has training in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She utilizes strengths and evidence-based approaches to address the needs of her clients and strives to provide a supportive and compassionate environment for all.
