“I am naturally curious and deeply interested in the human experience—especially in how people grow, change and heal. I find meaning in helping others navigate challenges and discover new ways of living. I bring positive energy and a genuine passion to my work as a clinician, and I consider it a true honor to walk alongside my patients in a therapeutic space that is safe, supportive and grounded in care for their mental well-being.”
Annie engages with clients as both a guide and a support, fostering an atmosphere of openness, understanding and collaboration. She creates a warm and welcoming environment where individuals can feel safe exploring their emotions, relationships and goals. Annie is committed to helping clients set realistic, meaningful objectives while honoring the pace and process of each person’s unique journey.
Annie takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She uses these modalities to help clients develop insight, build healthy coping strategies, and create lasting change—particularly in addressing anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship challenges.
In sessions with Annie, clients can expect a thoughtful blend of dialogue, reflective exercises, and skill-building. She encourages active participation and values client insight and feedback as essential to the therapy process. Together, Annie and her clients set achievable goals and regularly revisit progress to ensure therapy remains effective and aligned with evolving needs. Her flexible, client-centered style allows her to adjust techniques as necessary to best support each individual’s growth.
