Anne is a Licensed Master of Social Worker and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She earned her BS in Psychology and a Master of Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University. Her professional experience includes working in variety of setting from long term substance use residential, inpatient psychiatric hospital, partial hospitalization, community based therapy and outpatient therapy, as well as with a wide variety of populations.
Anne’s areas of expertise and treatment interest include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), women’s interpersonal issues, psychoeducation and other person-centered interventions. She has a passion for working with those struggling with substance use, parenting struggles, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and healing and moving forward from trauma.
Anne considers it a blessing to be able to be a small part of her client’s journey to healing, peace, hope and finding a healthier life.
