Whether navigating the challenges of addiction, trauma or relationship struggles, Anne walks alongside her clients with empathy and encouragement, honoring the courage it takes to seek help and grow.
Anne draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), psychoeducation, and other person-centered interventions. She has a special passion for working with individuals facing substance use challenges, parenting difficulties, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Her therapeutic approach helps clients build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a life marked by peace, hope, and resilience.
Anne is a Licensed Master of Social Worker and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University. Her diverse professional background includes work in long-term residential substance use treatment, inpatient psychiatric care, partial hospitalization programs, community-based therapy, and outpatient counseling. Anne considers it a true blessing to be part of her clients’ journeys toward healing and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
