Amanda has eight years of experience as a behavioral health nurse in an inpatient hospital setting, providing her with a strong foundation in crisis care and a deep appreciation for the importance of prevention. Her clinical expertise includes medication management, therapeutic interventions and family education. She believes every child deserves a safe, supportive space to express themselves and recognizes the vital role families play in the healing process. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 2017 and became ANCC board-certified as a psychiatric-mental health nurse in 2023. She completed her PMHNP training through Davenport University in 2025. With eight years of experience as a behavioral health nurse in an inpatient hospital setting, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice, focusing on early intervention and family-centered care to prevent crises and promote long-term wellness.
