“Empowering my clients to take the driver’s seat in their mental health treatment and healing journey is such a rewarding experience. I believe that each individual is the expert of their own life, and my role is to support and guide you as you navigate this path. Together we can work to identify areas you would like to make change, process difficult events and overcome some of life’s challenges. We can also explore ways to improve daily living, manage symptoms and work toward becoming the best version of you.”
