“I’ve always believed that mental health is a universal human experience — not confined to any one group. It affects everyone, in different ways and to varying degrees. I see structure and confidence as the foundation for healing and growth. I’m honored to support individuals as they build those foundations for themselves.”
Alex creates a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental space where a collaborative, client-centered approach is encouraged. Treatment plans are developed to reflect each individual’s goals and values. With a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care, Alex empowers clients by clearly explaining treatment options to support long-term well-being and maximize treatment success.
Clients can expect a collaborative discussion about the potential benefits and limitations of psychopharmacological treatment as part of the process, including how medications may or may not help with new, persistent, or worsening mental health challenges. Clients are guided in exploring the full range of resources available through Pine Rest, ensuring care is comprehensive.
