Dr. Rivera has bi-lingual fluency in Spanish and English. Dr. Rivera graduated from Medical School in Zaragoza, Spain and was Chief Resident at the Puerto Rico Institute of Psychiatry. Dr Rivera has 23 years of Psychiatric practice in many settings including Inpatient child, adolescent and adult units, Community Mental Health centers, and as Medical Director of Ramsey Psychiatric Services for an adolescent detention unit.
