Abby specializes in addressing childhood trauma, depression, self-worth issues, anxiety, and life transitions. Her practice integrates aspects of Self-Compassion, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Abby is a Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Pine Rest Telehealth Clinic, where she works with adults aged 18-99. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and her master’s degree in social work from Western Michigan University. Abby has had the privilege of working alongside individuals in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
