Congratulations on taking the first step toward being the change you want to see. These past few years have been hard on all of us, and for some, these years have only exacerbated our inequalities and barriers to seeking mental health counseling. I am thankful you’ve made it this far and would love to support you in your growth into your next chapter. It is my goal to be as inclusive as I can be with clients and to create a space where you feel safe and free of judgment.

Being an adopted Chinese American, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the effect of spaces that do the exact opposite, and because of that I really strive to create an inclusive environment that appreciates diversity. As a limited licensed therapist, along with my lived experience as being a person of minority, my goal is to empower you to become who you already are: resilient and capable of making changes that you want to see. You are your own expert in your life, and I’m here to help in any way I can. Particularly, I specialize in helping those with adoption and foster care issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and social anxiety.
