Lou

Pine Rest Hickory Unit
Grand Rapids, Michigan

He has gone way above and beyond his call of duty.

Lou doesn’t make you feel less than him being an in-patient. He not only shows empathy and concern for care, but he is very easy to talk to and joke with. Some techs seem almost nervous to talk to patient—maybe worried to say the wrong thing, I’m not sure. Lou keeps things professional while also being personable. He doesn’t see himself better than anyone, patients, and coworkers alike. He brings a smile every time he is around. Thanks Lou!

Garrett

Pine Rest Aspen Unit
Grand Rapids, Michigan

He is incredible at what he does.

Garrett is absolutely phenomenal. When I first got admitted he was one of the first people I met and I instantly felt so welcomed, supported, and heard. It is hard for me to open up to men most times because of my past, but not with him. He is the most compassionate, kind, understanding, caring, supportive and empathetic individual and I feel beyond blessed to have encountered him. He is incredible at what he does and a blessing to ALL who meet him. Thank you for everything!
